The Path is not steep and rough!

I bring you greetings of peace my beloved sisters as I share with you the impressions that have been laid upon my heart. I pray my mail meets you well nourished in His word continually.

The book of Isaiah 26: 7-9 ( as recorded in the New King James version of the bible ) states:

The way of the just is uprightness; O Most Upright, You weigh the path of the just. Yes, in the way of Your judgments, O LORD, we have waited for You;The desire of our soul is for Your name. And for the remembrance of You. With my soul I have desired You in the night, Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early; For when Your judgments are in the earth,The inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

God's word says that the way or path of the righteous in not steep or rough for He is a God of justice who smooths out the road ahead of us. Therefore in moments when you are overwhelmed and you feel like God has abandoned you, You must remember that He remains ever faithful. You must constantly remind yourself of this truth and seek to discover what promises God has made to you in His word.

If you know and believe that His thoughts for you are to give you peace, then you must also be assured in your spirit that the fire will not consume you! The bible records in 1 Peter 5:10 that after you have suffered a while, the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, will make you perfect, stablish, strengthen and settle you.

Never forget that the enemy can afflict your flesh but He cannot touch your life because your life has been bought with the precious blood of Christ. So arise, be expectant and live again!

The world is hard to change but you can change yourself!

My beloved sisters, I pray that my mail meets you well and highly favoured of the living God. Learning to abide in God' s presence and experiencing a lifetime of intimacy is a journey that will require sensitivity to the leading of the Holy spirit and total obedience in ALL areas. This is because it is common to think that words received through the impression of the Holy Spirit upon your heart are for others and not for yourself. You're likely to preach it or share it with others at every given opportunity without first appropriating the word received to your life! The husbandman, the bible records, is a first partaker of his fruits!

No doubt you may have received a revelation but it is most important to ensure that you are not found wanting in that aspect of your life. It's no use judging the world when you do not live what you preach. And how is it that you are able to see through the log in your eyes to discover the specks in the eyes of others? Be not deceived dear ones for God cannot be mocked.

As God seeks to draw us into a lifetime of intimacy with Him, we must diligently seek to remove those barriers that hinder us from taking on His true likeness. Be quick to judge youself always to ensure that your life mirrors the righteousness of Christ that you profess. Don't waste time trying to convince others of the truth in the word that you deliver for it is the Holy Spirit that convicts men of sin! But rather allow the word of truth that you receive to take deep roots in your life and let it cause your mind and way of life to be renewed in All things that you may present yourself holy, righteous and acceptable to Him who has chosen you for His purpose!

We are a new generation of daughters and my prayer is that we will not fall short of the impact that we have been chosen and destined to make. I love you dearly and I am praying for you.

It's time to spring clean your life!

Yes, it's that time of the year when we need to get in there and eliminate all that stands in the way of our intimacy with the Lord. Most times we focus on the tangible things and often neglect the unseen and most significant things. The bible sums it up and calls it the "hidden man of the heart"!

How is the state of your heart today? Those thoughts that go on in there, would you honestly say God is pleased with them? Do you justify your actions towards your spouse, children, relatives, neighbours, friends or foe by what you feel you deserve and not by what Christ would expect of you? Take a minute to meditate on this.

Beloved, it seriously doesn't matter what men think of you. The bible records that offence and challenges will come your way because of the word of truth that you believe. So don't strive to be in favour with all men but rather strive to love all men unconditionally, i.e. whether they do you good or not.

Work out your salvation with fear and trembling before your God and let your every word, thought and deed be well pleasing to Him. Seek to eliminate any barriers that stand in the pathway to His presence ...and desire to enter through the highway of holiness,truth, love and peace. This is a journey that we must all undertake to ultimately experience the "fullness of joy" that awaits us in the presence of the most high God!

The heavens are open unto us today...and if we truly seek Him early, we shall find Him for keeps! I love you dearly and I am praying for you.
