That I may know you more, Lord!

Beloved, I write to you with great joy in my heart to make known the will of our Father in this season of our lives. Our Lord Jesus Christ was the perfect and ultimate sacrifice that now gives us access to know God intimately and personally.

God is so gracious! Not only did He send my Lord to pay the price for my sins but He added the greatest bonus of all times - an incomparable opportunity to know Him passionately. No longer do we need a human mediator - one who will plead our case before God - Jesus is our perfect High priest and He paid the price once and for all. The veil that separated man from the Holy of Holies within the Temple i.e. the presence of the living God - was torn completely from top to bottom.

Sisters, the choice is yours to make now. What stops you from reaching out to Jesus with a passion that will get His attention? What on earth could you compare to the joy and everlasting peace that can only be derived in His presence? What is this valley that seems to draw you away from Him? His words admonish us, You will find me if you seek me with all of your heart!

Eliminate the distractions of your life, detach yourself from the trappings of this world and rededicate your time and life to Him anew. Remember, a broken and a contrite heart, He will in no wise despise!

Determine to sit before your King and let Him beautify you till the end of time. You will enjoy righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. I have made my choice and there is no going back for me. I love my Jesus and I am completely sold out for Him.

As you take your stand in Him too, I guarantee you that you will find fulfilment in life that is not attainable any other way. I love you most dearly and I am praying for you.

2010 - The Year of His Grace, Favour and Lifting!

Happy New Year to you, Daughters of zion! What an amazing feeling to know that we have yet another year to grow in strength as we worship unconditionally at the feet of our Lord and Master, Jesus Christ!

Year-on-Year, as we approach the end of the year, I start to meditate on the opportunities I took to worship and proclaim my Lord Jesus as well as those I lost due to reasons that were within my control. And whilst I can't do anything about the past, I can most certainly aspire and plan for a much better tomorrow. I can prioritise better, separate myself to study the word of God more frequently, worship more passionately and reach out to people with greater love, warmth and sacrifice. This was exactly how our Lord Jesus lived while on earth.

My beloved sister, the power of choice lies within your hands. Joshua said to the children of Isreal in Joshua 24:15,

But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD."

You can choose to worship at His feet continually and enjoy an extraordinary and fulfilling life. On the other hand, you may be non-chalant about it all and take life as it presents itself to you.

May I admonish though that the only standard for righteous, joyous and peaceful human living is emulating the life that our Lord Jesus lived. If you will choose His kind of life this day, then I guarantee you, with all faith in His Living Word, that you will undoubtedly enjoy fullness of joy in 2010, the year of His Grace, Favour and Lifting!

I love you more in 2010 than I did in 2009 and always count it a great honour and priviledge from God to write to you.
